I love the Lord and consider myself His girl.
My personality varies from the-glass-is-half-full to the-glass-is-overflowing.
I love a good joke and have a well-developed sense of humor.
I hope you join me as we both learn how to take grace home with us
and out into the world.

AN IDEA IS BORN
For years I’ve been asking questions. What if we truly believed God and took Him at His word? What would happen if we actually took our faith with us outside of our doors and into every area of our lives…even to those trajectory changes that turn our lives inside out and upside down? Could we join the hymn writer and say, “It is well with my soul”?
What if we took the time to look for evidence of God’s grace in the entirety of our lives? What could happen if we let go of our stored-up hurts, questions, and resentments and let God and grace help us reset the effect of our past? Could we then reclaim our life in the present, and essentially rewrite our homestretch grace story?
Like so many of you, I have also walked through my own share of those hard, life-changing experiences. Though my heart is still mending after the recent home-going of my husband, I can’t wait to share with you how faithful the Lord is every day in every way.
EXCITED TO SHARE MY LIFE WITH YOU!
My over thirty-year career of working with families of all ages in church and community ministries was the perfect “laboratory” to see how faith and grace work together to impact our lives. I appreciate the training and experiences in spiritual development which the Lord provided in those years of ministry. All these roads certainly led to now and you and I meeting on our home stretch.
When I’m not working on Taking Grace Home, the blog and the book in progress, I enjoy journaling, art quilting, legacy scrapbooking, working on Christmas year-round, and spending time with family and friends. I love my church and feel blessed to be a Bible teacher, small group leader, and GriefShare leader/facilitator. I also take my Bucket List seriously and can’t wait to see if I’m brave enough to go camping on my own or actually go ziplining!
Do come by and visit often. Thanks for taking this new journey with me.
Love and blessings,
Linda Hibner
